Let me tell you! Without going in to too much into my past, I owned a very successful mortgage brokerage business down here in South Florida for 12 years. About 2.5 years ago, even before the Sub-Prime Mortgage world went belly up, I was burnt out and ready for a change. I sold my business and went to work for a small mortgage company figuring I could just take it easy and not worry about the day-to-day tasks of owning a 40 man mortgage shop.
