The chicken recipes that I have is the one that I use on the barbecue. I can try to bake chicken in the oven, or over the stove in a pan, but the best that I can do is the kind that I grill outside. I am not much for frying chicken, because I don't like the extra fat and the skin that comes along with it since neither is healthy. I find that the best that I can do with chicken is not just the tastiest, but also the most healthy. What is nice about this recipe is that it is very easy to accomplish. The more time I have to prepare the chicken, the better it will be, because the chicken is best for me to grill is a chicken that is marinated in various sauces. Sometimes I will use some soy sauce, or some barbecue sauce or some Worcestershire sauce to help maximize the marinated taste that I am seeking. The longer that I let it the meat soak up the sauce, the better the finished product will be. I use a 'slow and low' method that allows the chicken to cook tenderly and without excessive charring. I have found that this approach has been tried and true for me and my children certainly confirm it when I serve this chicken to them at our evening meals. The important thing is to make sure that the chicken that you use is top notch--for me, that means using a skinless and boneless chicken breast. You cannot go wrong with that approach if you are looking for a delicious meal for the family.
