Most of us are taking insurance in order to protect us from any physical problems such as sickness, heart attack, diabetics, kidney failures, etc. These kinds of insurances covering only for physical illness. It is unfortunate that most of us are not taking any appropriate action to take care of Mental Health and Mental Hygiene.

Medicines and therapy can improve the life of most people with mental illnesses.Mental health is important, and shouldn't be ignored, yet it is rarely discussed.
